City streets and highways become your racing track in Racing Limits, where the main challenge is overtaking traffic without losing control. Instead of competing on a traditional closed circuit, you weave between vehicles at high speed while choosing between one-way and two-way traffic. Morning, Sunset, and Night settings also change the atmosphere of each drive, giving the same road a different feel depending on the time you select.
The game offers five ways to play, so you can choose the type of driving challenge you want. Career mode includes multiple events, while Infinite mode lets you continue through traffic without a fixed finish line. Against-Time focuses on reaching your destination within a limited period, Free mode provides a more relaxed driving experience, and Multiplayer lets you compete against friends or other racers around the world. Racing Limits also features three race tracks and multiple career events to work through.
Driving itself is supported by four camera perspectives, including helicopter, rear, hood, and cockpit views. The cars use simulated power, torque, gear ratios, and weight to influence acceleration and handling, while upgrades let you improve the engine, brakes, and handling. Racing Limits also allows adjustments such as gear ratios, ride height, and wheel camber, along with different body and rim colors for additional customization.
